Rajon Rondo, the all-star point guard for the Celtics, is out for the season after tearing his ACL in the previous game. Rondo did not receive the news until after sitting out Sunday night’s win against the Heat.

The Lakers are on a two-game winning streak after two near triple-double performances by Kobe Bryant. The Lakers seem to be working together after a rough start, beating the tough Thunder team. Kobe in the last two games has averaged 14 assists, and also a ridiculous 63 percent shooting percentage.

The player to watch this week will actually shift toward a few teams to watch. The Celtics will be the main team to watch after the loss of Rondo. The Lakers will also be one to watch to see if they keep their form. The last team to watch is the Sacramento Kings who have been rumored to move to Seattle next season, filling the void from the missing Seattle Supersonics who were well known in the 90s.
